About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Associate, Experience Design to join our team at Capital One. As a key member of our Experience Design team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional user experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and research, to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet customer needs
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure solutions meet customer needs
  • Design and deliver high-quality visual design assets, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products and experiences
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in user experience design, with a focus on digital products and experiences
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in user-centered design, visual design, and interaction design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience design methodologies
  • Proficiency in design tools, including Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
