Job Summary

IntelyCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Field Medical Staff member. As a Field Medical Staff member, you will provide high-quality nursing care in post-acute facilities, such as SNFs and ALFs, and work closely with residents, medical teams, and other healthcare staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer individualized treatments and medications to residents
  • Develop care plans in conjunction with residents and medical teams
  • Set up medical equipment and monitor their use
  • Go over care options with residents and family members
  • Meet and consult with physicians and other healthcare staff as needed
  • Draw blood, urine, and other fluid samples for lab work
  • Ensure nursing standards and facility policies are met
  • Accurately document interventions and medical condition histories
  • Help with investigations into incidents, ensuring they're reported accurately
  • Train nursing staff and supervise them
Requirements
  • Completion of an approved nursing program
  • At least 4 months' experience in either post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings
