  • Operations Management: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Drive-In, including inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.
  • Customer Service: You will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience at the Sonic Drive-In, including providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Financial Management: You will be responsible for managing the financial performance of the Drive-In, including managing labor costs, inventory costs, and maintaining a high level of sales.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Prior management experience in the restaurant or retail industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills are required to motivate and develop a team of employees.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You will be responsible for resolving employee concerns and addressing any issues that may arise in the restaurant.
  • Financial Management Skills: You will be responsible for managing the financial performance of the Drive-In, including managing labor costs and inventory costs.
