Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including activities of daily living, to help them achieve functional independence.
• Establish, assess, and modify realistic, measurable, timely, and functional goals for patients.
• Oversee and evaluate care given by OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students.
• Chart appropriately and timely, utilizing therapy software accurately.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Assist in the evacuation of patients, if necessary.

Requirements:

• NBCOT certified, with optional renewal.
• Graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy (BSOT or MSOT).
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State, with active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year experience in post acute care or related setting preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation, with current certification during employment.
