Dough Loader

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loader to join our team at Panera Bread's Fresh Dough Facility. As a Loader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely loading of our trailers for deliveries to our cafes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading cabinets full of raw dough and produce into our trailers
- Working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures
- Following rigorous procedures to ensure consistently delicious products
- Ensuring a safe and clean working environment that meets FDA Good Manufacturing Practice regulations
- Supporting the team and manager as needed
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to stand, walk, squat, and sit for long periods of time
- Able to push and lift items with varying degrees of weight
- Able to perform repetitive motions with upper extremities
