Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Perinatal Ultrasonographer to join our team at Sharp HealthCare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing ultrasound procedures to evaluate fetal development in high-risk pregnancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ultrasound procedures to assess fetal development and identify potential complications.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate exam quality and procedures to ensure high standards of patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and families to provide clear explanations of procedures and results.
  • Participate in departmental performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Completion of an appropriate educational program in perinatal ultrasonography.
  • AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional certification.
  • ARDMS qualification in obstetric ultrasonography.
  • Fetal Echo Certification is highly desirable.
