Security Solutions Manager

The Security Solutions Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a sales-oriented team focused on acquiring new business opportunities in the Enterprise segment. This team is responsible for prospecting, driving new meetings, project managing active opportunities, positioning SHI's service offerings, and winning acquisition business.
This position requires a strong leader who can train, mentor, and coach the Security Solutions Executives to ensure a memorable customer experience during onboarding with SHI.
Key Responsibilities- Work with Sales Management and Security Engineering leadership to determine quarterly priorities based on current business requirements.
- Ensure prospecting into Enterprise whitespace accounts through cold calling, emailing, and prospecting for new opportunities and meetings.
- Work with the team to drive growth for SHI by prospecting, qualifying, generating pipeline, and executing on key performance indicators.
- Stay current on new platform offerings for Security and SHI's service offers to develop a team of subject matter experts.
- Act as a point of contact/escalation point for Security Solutions Executives and internal SHI stakeholders to ensure any customer issues are addressed quickly and appropriately.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1+ years of Sales Management experience.
- 4+ years of experience selling/working with Security offerings, sales strategies, and competitive selling motions preferred.
- Ability to influence and lead in a matrix environment.
- Ability to coach and manage performance and sales metrics, quotas, and MBOs.
- A linear, logical thinking style with the ability to break down and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify value in an unstructured situation.
- Emotional intelligence, flexible work style, and excellent diplomatic skills across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to excel in a high-performing and fast-paced environment.
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000, which includes a base salary and bonus.
