Office Custodian

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team at the Everett Housing Authority. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

• Perform janitorial duties, including cleaning offices, common areas, and resident apartments
• Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning supplies safely and effectively
• Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with special projects and events as needed

• High school education or equivalent
• Previous experience in janitorial work or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
