  • Client Relationship Management

    • Collaborate with clients' advisors, such as attorneys and financial planners, to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities to cross-sell Provision People's services and grow the firm's client base.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in public accounting, with at least 3 years of experience in high-net-worth tax planning.
  • Active CPA license.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of income tax, estate, and gift tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
