Compensation
The current compensation plan is based on a percentage of charges for surgery and per visit for clinic work. In the future, the practice plans to transition to a wRVU model.
Job Description
We are seeking a board-certified breast surgeon to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing surgeries and providing medical care to patients. The practice currently has 2 general surgeons, one of whom specializes in breast surgery. The ideal candidate will have 1.5 days of clinic time, with 12-15 half-day sessions and 22-28 full-day sessions per month. There is also an opportunity to take on Acute Care Surgery (ACS) call if desired.

This includes a guaranteed annual income of $400,000 plus additional incentives, totaling an estimated annual income of approximately $550,000.
