This role involves working closely with our participants, providing support and care to help them achieve their daily living needs. You will assist with personal hygiene, support individuals with developmental goals, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting incidents, and communicating effectively with our leadership team and other stakeholders.

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance are necessary

We offer a competitive salary of $16.00 per hour, paid time off, holiday pay, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with a 3% company match.
