Merchandising Specialist

The estimated salary for this position is $15.00 per hour, based on industry standards and market conditions.

This role involves executing Anderson Merchandisers' standards to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. The successful candidate will be responsible for building rapport with store associates and management, educating customers and store personnel about the features and benefits of our clients' brands and product lines, and maintaining accuracy and high quality of work to meet or exceed client expectations.

To excel in this position, you will need to have strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and have a relentless drive. Additionally, you should be able to lift objects and product up to a maximum of 50 lbs, and have access to a computer, internet access, printing capabilities, and e-mail. Customer service or sales experience is preferred.
