Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

As a Direct Care Staff member, you will play a vital role in enhancing the health, safety, and well-being of our residents.

You will be responsible for implementing and following individualized service plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and supervising residents at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare meals and snacks, including light housekeeping activities.
• Dispense medication as needed.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities with residents.
• Assist with errands and shopping as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with at-risk youths in a residential treatment setting is preferred.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills.
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
