  • ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA required for ICU's, PCU, and ER)
  • BLS: Basic Life Support (AHA required for all healthcare professionals)
  • PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA required for pediatric nurses)
  • NRP: Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (AHA required for Mother Baby, NNICU, Nursery)
  • Tech Certification Verification: National (OR Tech/Surg Tech preferred)
  • State License Verification: Must be completed within 30 days of commencement
  • NURSYS Verification: RN, LPN/LVN, AP (Must be completed within 30 days of commencement)
  • NIH Stroke Certification: Preferred but not mandatory
  • Miscellaneous Certifications: e.g., Moderate Sedation certification
Position Overview
  • Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in X-Ray
  • Facility Size: Experience in facilities with over 250 beds
  • Trauma Experience: Level I trauma experience required
Job Requirements
  • Preferred Background: OR Tech/Surg Tech
Schedule Details

Position primarily involves working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, focusing on OR duties while also assisting in the main department with X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, and both inpatient and outpatient examinations.

Additional Information
  • All certifications must be verified within 30 days of start.
  • Moderate Sedation certification is essential for ICU and ER travelers and must be renewed annually. Prophecy exam may substitute for certification.
