Operations Director

Agriland FS is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our locations and teams in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction while maximizing efficiencies and achieving company financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct location managers and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize distribution costs, inventory management, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with location managers to manage expenses, maintain product knowledge, and ensure facility security
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and counseling, and recommend compensation and disciplinary actions as needed
- Provide operational and technical guidance to location managers and customer service teams
- Work closely with agronomists and location administrators to promote accurate billing programs and good communication through team meetings
- Identify and implement best practices to drive strong financial performance and outstanding customer service
- Develop and implement training and developmental plans to improve operations and customer service
- Direct safety and regulatory plans at all locations
- Lead the development and implementation of equipment and facility maintenance programs
- Bachelor's degree in Business or 8-10 years of equivalent experience
- Experience in Ag Retail or strong understanding of the industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with excellent business acumen and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Valid driver's license, with the ability to travel as needed
- Class A CDL with endorsements, and Custom Applicator License
- Ability to lift a minimum of sixty pounds and perform physical tasks as required
