About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for showcasing properties, processing rental applications, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Showcase Properties: Conduct property tours and present available units to prospective residents with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Application Processing: Assist applicants by processing rental applications and conducting thorough background checks.
  • Lease Management: Aid in preparing lease agreements and renewals, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to leasing inquiries, providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with tenants.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing and advertising efforts to attract new tenants.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and property policies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of office experience
  • Industry Knowledge: Sales, hotel, or property management experience is ideal
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Yardi software
  • Professionalism: Must be professional, assertive, and detail-oriented
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and manage varied tasks efficiently
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills
  • People Skills: Exceptional ability to connect with people and provide outstanding customer service
  • Dress professionally
