We are in search of a highly proficient and seasoned Director of Recruiting. This individual will spearhead our efforts to identify and engage experienced advisors, ensuring the delivery of outstanding recruitment outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated history of sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier talent.

This position merges individual contributions with leadership responsibilities, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while exploring innovative strategies to attract the finest talent.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and attract exceptional talent.
  • Proven experience collaborating with seasoned financial advisors, wealth managers, and insurance professionals.
  • Assess recruitment requirements and implement a strategic plan to fulfill those needs.
  • Utilize market insights to inform company-wide recruitment strategies that align with our dynamic business landscape.
  • Define, assess, and report on critical metrics that demonstrate the impact, productivity, and efficiency of the recruitment team.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to comprehend staffing requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and key influencers.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with seasoned financial advisors, wealth managers, and insurance professionals.
  • Over 7 years of recruitment experience focusing on corporate roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record in managing a recruitment team within a growth-oriented environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Proficient in the use of ATS systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A strong commitment to developing strategies for attracting diverse talent.
