We are seeking a detail-oriented Dishware Sanitation Specialist to join our team at Northern Louisiana Medical Center. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our kitchen areas.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic and ability to work independently as part of a team. You will be responsible for cleaning all pots, pans, and utensils using a three-compartment sink system, removing trash from the kitchen to the proper receptacle area, and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, including floors, walls, refrigerators, freezers, storage racks, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You should also be physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
