We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Engineer to join our team in Pfaffenhofen/Ilm. As a key member of our commercial biocoupling team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and commissioning our state-of-the-art production unit.

• Develop and implement efficient production processes for commercial-scale biocoupling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies
• Provide technical expertise to support the development of new products and processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in biocoupling or biotechnology
• Strong understanding of commercial-scale production processes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
