Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team in a full-time, inpatient position. As a premier behavioral health facility, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients in a supportive and therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an average of 16 patients daily, with the opportunity for additional compensation for seeing more patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote wellness and recovery.
Requirements
- PMHNP Certification
- Active and unrestricted nursing license in the state of Indiana, or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice
- Experience working in an inpatient psychiatric setting preferred
