Pediatric Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to children and families in the comfort of their own homes.

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to clients as per physician orders and plan of care
• Accurately document nursing actions, individual's health status, and communicate with family and physicians
• Document progress and outcomes for established goals and inform physician, case manager, and families of changes in client's medical condition and needs
• Administer medications and manage medication regimens as needed
• Provide health teaching and assist clients in learning appropriate self-care techniques and safety measures
• Conduct nursing assessment visits as needed
• Report all incidents per operation procedure and regulatory standards

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
• Experience in administering medications
• One or more years of nursing experience preferred
• Home health care experience preferred
• Current and unrestricted license in the state of operation
• CPR professional certification
• Basic clinical skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• General knowledge of computers and ability to learn industry-specific software and documentation applications
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
