About the Role:

As a Nursing Professional Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and updating plans of care. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to educate patients and families about their rights and responsibilities. A minimum of two years of experience in a hospital or medical setting is required, along with current Tennessee or Compact State registered nurse licensure, BLS, and ACLS certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops, implements, and updates plan of care.
  • Educates and adheres to patient bill of rights.
  • Utilize the nursing process to oversee and provide age-specific patient care.
