About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a School Bus Driver. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for transporting students safely and efficiently to and from school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a school bus or other large-sized vehicle to transport students safely and in a courteous manner
  • Greet students and ensure they are on time and safe
  • Work closely with dispatch and leadership about any incidents, accidents, or mechanical concerns
  • Perform other duties as needed to ensure successful transportation operations
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of the roadways throughout the immediate area
  • Completed a High School diploma/GED
  • Over 21 years of age and ability to secure a CDL license with school bus permits
  • Possess a valid driver's license for 3 continuous years and in good standing
  • Ability to work in a diverse organization with many high-pressure situations
  • Quick learner with professional written and oral communication skills
