Job Summary:

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care at Ridgecrest Regional Hospital. Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LVN works collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide direct and indirect patient care. This position requires a current LVN license to practice in California, with one year of acute/skilled nursing experience preferred. Satisfactory completion of IV therapy course and state certification is also preferred. The LVN must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in the English language, as well as demonstrate Service Excellence skills with patients, families, and co-workers.
