Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Santa Fe Springs, California.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to address physical therapy needs.
- Conduct clinical testing to assess muscle strength, reflexes, sensation, coordination, range of motion, and other sensory motor skills.
- Administer or prescribe modalities and other physical agents to promote patient recovery.
- Develop and implement exercise programs to improve patient function and mobility.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective discharge planning.
- Completion of an accredited PT training program with a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Physical Therapist License (California) required at hire.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
- Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
- Member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
- Knowledge of electronic medical records.
- Spanish language proficiency.
