- HIPAA Compliance: Acknowledgment of safety manual and proof of annual training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Joint Commission standards.
- State License: Submission of a valid professional nursing license as applicable.
- Primary Source Verification: Required for state license verification.
- NURSYS Verification: Verification through NURSYS for RN, LPN/LVN, or AP as applicable.
- Deliver professional nursing services to patients, following physician orders meticulously.
