Key Responsibilities
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and ensure that orders are prepared and served in a timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests feel welcome and valued throughout their dining experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation
  • Upsell and promote menu items and beverages to increase sales and revenue
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple orders and tables
  • Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer guest queries and provide recommendations
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
