About the Role

Codal is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain server-side network components using ExpressJs, NextJS, and NestJS.
  • Ensure optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
  • Design customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
  • Develop high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
  • Implement effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
  • Run diagnostic tests, repair defects, and provide technical support.
  • Document processes, including database schemas, and prepare reports.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to processes and technologies.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of engineering work experience.
  • Hands-on experience with React/Angular and JavaScript.
  • Solid expertise in Full Stack Development.
  • Extensive knowledge of web stacks, libraries, and frameworks like ExpressJs, NextJS, NestJS, typeORM, prisma ORM, sequelize ORM, claudiajs.
  • Working experience with RDBMS databases such as postgres, mysql.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies like React/Angular, NextJS, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience managing junior-level developers is a plus.
  • Great organizational and time management skills.
  • Availability to resolve urgent web application issues outside of business hours occasionally.
