Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team in Naugatuck, CT.
The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, as well as strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:- Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment, including conveyors, frequency inverters, blow molding machines, and injection molding machines.
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and work closely with other team members to identify and resolve problems.
- Perform process troubleshooting to assist the production department with processing quality parts.
- Provide technical support for injection molding and blow molding machines, auxiliary components, and safety controls.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
