Fabrication Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Fabrication Supervisor to join our team at Advance Services, Inc. in Galesburg, IL. As a Fabrication Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the fabrication process, ensuring a clean and organized environment, and providing excellent leadership to our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the fabrication process to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and minimizing waste.
- A competitive hourly rate of $20/Hr or BOE.
