About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional care to our residents at Sandpiper Healthcare & Rehab Center.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting, and hygiene support.
  • Respond promptly to resident call lights and provide timely assistance.
  • Prepare residents for therapy sessions, activities, and appointments.
  • Follow infection control procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Document and chart care for each resident, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Protect residents' rights and dignity, adhering to our policies and standards.
Requirements
  • Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • A caring and loving personality and demeanor
  • The ability to work scheduled shifts
  • The ability to read, write, and speak English
