Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, and building retail displays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with in-store management to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Execute merchandising resets to optimize product placement and visual appeal
  • Design and build retail displays that drive impulse purchases and enhance the shopping experience
  • Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks to maximize sales potential
  • Implement plan-o-grams to ensure seamless product placement and inventory management
Requirements
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with business partners
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive hand movements
  • Reside within 20 miles of Boone, NC
