Job Title: Travel Interventional Radiology Technician

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technician to join our team at Cynet Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing interventional radiology procedures, managing a daily caseload of patients, and providing exceptional care in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of interventional radiology procedures, including Ablations, Outpatient, Inpatient, Operating Room (OR), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Nephogram, Kyphoplasty, Peripherals, Biopsies, Cardiac Stent Placement, Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), and Abdominal and Pelvic procedures.
  • Manage a daily caseload of patients, ensuring timely and efficient care.
  • Provide care in settings such as outpatient facilities, inpatient units, OR, and ICU, adhering to required health protocols.
  • Call required for 10 shifts per month, with flexibility to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity levels.
  • Complete required orientation and modules prestart and potentially during orientation.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology, with Trauma Level I Experience required.
  • Valid compact license or local state license, with some units accepting pending license status.
  • BLS and ARRT certified, with State Board of Physicians certification.
  • Experience with Genitourinary, Neurological, and Vascular studies/procedures, as well as skills in Venous Access and General Interventional Radiology (IR) cases.
  • Proficient in diagnostic neuro and IR, drainages, CT, embolization, TIPSS, angioplasty, and stent placement.
  • Familiar with both adult and geriatric patient groups.
