  • Assist in the comprehensive coordination of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework across the organization
  • Conduct operational risk management tasks, including risk evaluations, process oversight, control examinations, and risk analytics
  • Maintain thorough documentation of operational processes, risk classifications, and organizational policies
  • Develop and implement testing and quality assurance protocols
  • Promote effective execution of operational risk management initiatives through training and awareness programs
  • Review and analyze risk evaluations, formulating remediation strategies as necessary
  • Prepare documentation for regulatory assessments and audits
  • Assist in management reporting activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Master's degree is advantageous
