Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the comprehensive coordination of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework across the organization
- Conduct operational risk management tasks, including risk evaluations, process oversight, control examinations, and risk analytics
- Maintain thorough documentation of operational processes, risk classifications, and organizational policies
- Develop and implement testing and quality assurance protocols
- Promote effective execution of operational risk management initiatives through training and awareness programs
- Review and analyze risk evaluations, formulating remediation strategies as necessary
- Prepare documentation for regulatory assessments and audits
- Assist in management reporting activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Master's degree is advantageous
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking sector with a concentration on operational risk management

- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape and risk management principles
- Comprehension of Enterprise Risk Management and control evaluation programs
- Relevant professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or FRM are preferred
