Bilingual Logistics Coordinator
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Compensation: $16-$18 / hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6pm-6am

A well-established aluminum extrusion firm with over four decades of industry presence is on the lookout for a Logistics Coordinator to enhance their dynamic team. With significant growth over the years, they are eager to expand their workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the accurate handling and processing of all goods entering and exiting the facility.
  • Ensure timely delivery of items to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for shipments and deliveries with precision.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with drivers, customer service representatives, and shipping staff.
  • Maintain organized records and paperwork related to shipping and receiving.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Prior experience in shipping and logistics is essential.
  • Forklift operation skills are necessary.
  • Proficient in operating a computer and related equipment.
  • Ability to navigate the filing system efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Completion of all required documentation is expected.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
