Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process paperwork and documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping processes to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist terminal operations by preparing and bundling paperwork for dispatch, ensuring all necessary documents are in order.
• Provide exceptional customer service and clerical support to management and colleagues.
• Participate in administrative projects as needed, contributing to the growth and success of our team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; transportation and/or related experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
