Competitive Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, to ensure our nurses are fairly compensated for their hard work and dedication.

Job Description

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to create and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Advocating for residents' rights and interests
  • Administering medications and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing emotional support and empathy to residents and their families
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment that promotes resident well-being

You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Current RN licensure and experience in long-term care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care
