Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and repairs to ensure all systems are running efficiently.
- Utilize work order management systems to receive reactive repair requests and document activities.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
- Detect and diagnose issues with facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
Requirements:
- Valid Type I and Type II Environmental Protection Agency certification for refrigerant handling.
- Prior experience in mechanical maintenance or construction-related fields, particularly commercial HVAC/R and building controls.
