Therapeutic Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Intervention Specialist to join our team at Koinonia Homes. In this role, you will work directly with individuals aged 8-21 who have autism spectrum disorder in a therapeutic setting.

• Implement programs tailored to individual needs based on their Intellectual Profile (IP).
• Deliver Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy, a structured and intensive approach to teach expected behavior and life skills.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• One year of experience working with intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals.
• Prior experience with ABA is highly desirable.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000-$50,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer an excellent benefits package, including:
