Accountable Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel ICU RN to join our team. As a Travel ICU Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest clinical practices and technologies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of unit-based policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in ICU nursing
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
