Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform heavy cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces, as well as routine maintenance activities such as repairing equipment and reporting any issues to management.
- Groundskeeping: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our parking lots, yards, and grounds, including removing litter and debris.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety procedures, reporting any hazards or incidents to your supervisor.
- Communication: Develop strong relationships with colleagues and management, providing clear and concise communication regarding work activities and any issues that may arise.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or at least one year of related work experience.
- Skills: Ability to follow written or verbal instructions, solve routine problems, and understand and follow all safety rules and procedures.
- Physical Demands: Frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance.
