At Macpower Digital Assets Edge, we are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance and improvement of our equipment, facilities, and processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for directing a team of maintenance personnel to achieve a 100% uptime goal. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of repair and improvement activities, while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, and leadership, with experience in supervising a team and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Directing the maintenance workforce to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Developing and implementing maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures and optimize production
  • Coordinating with manufacturing teams to identify and prioritize maintenance tasks
  • Leading cross-functional teams to complete complex maintenance projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and leadership
  • 2+ years of experience in supervising a team
  • Certification in Advanced Hydraulics, Industrial Electricity, Motor Control, and Programmable Logic Controls
