We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Christus Health. As a key member of our respiratory care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill adults, pediatric patients, and neonates.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop effective respiratory care plans in collaboration with physicians.
  • Perform a range of technical and diagnostic procedures, including ventilator management, airway management, and delivery of aerosolized drugs.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of patient information.
  • Clean and stock equipment and supplies as necessary.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety within the organization.

Requirements

  • RT or RCP License in state of employment required
  • BLS required
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by NBRC required
  • 1-3 years of experience preferred
