Telehealth Technician/LPN

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Telehealth Technician/LPN to join our team at Valor Healthcare, Inc. in Williston, ND.

• This is not a remote position but requires excellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for providing exceptional patient care and be committed to staying up-to-date with the latest telehealth trends and best practices.

Estimated Salary: $65,000-$85,000 per year based on experience.

• Actively assist with patient care, physical examinations, and ancillary tests via telehealth modalities, including Clinical Video Teleconferencing (CVT), Care Coordination Store and Forward (CCSF), and E-Consults.
• Oversee telehealth appointment scheduling, troubleshoot conflicts, and ensure smooth operations.
• Perform routine nursing assessments, administer medications as needed, and maintain accurate records in the electronic medical record.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate from an accredited program of practical or vocational nursing as approved by the state.
• Minimum one-year experience as an LPN/LVN in a related primary care or ambulatory care setting.
• Credentialed and in good standing through the Veterans Health Administration (VA).
