Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN House Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our nursing units. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and leading a team of nursing professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate unit staffing to ensure adequate coverage and effective patient care.
  • Assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff during assigned shifts.
  • Contribute to or perform performance evaluations of staff.
  • Assess daily patient care needs and develop and distribute patient care assignments.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care and identify any issues that affect desired patient outcomes.
  • Respond to complaints about patient care and manage through established channels.
  • May provide input for hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluating of staff.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
  • Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience required.
