Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems, diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, install, replace, and upgrade HVAC components as needed, ensure all work complies with company standards, codes, and safety regulations, maintain accurate records of work performed, provide exceptional customer service, explain technical details in a clear and professional manner, stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and start up all newly installed equipment.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have proven experience as an HVAC technician or in a similar role, valid HVAC certification (e.g., EPA certification, NATE certification) preferred, strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and diagnostics, ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals, excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, strong communication and customer service skills, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
