About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate to join our team at Ascendo Resources. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in optimizing benefit plans and improving health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of benefit plans that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
