Job Summary:

Oak View Group is seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our team at the Alameda County Fairgrounds. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients and assisting in cooking dishes for our restaurant guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking dishes for restaurant guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
• Communicate effectively with kitchen team and servers
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies
