Job Title: Courtesy Bus Driver

The Courtesy Bus Driver is a vital member of our team, responsible for providing safe, friendly, and efficient transportation services to our customers between airport terminals and the Hertz rental location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely shuttle service to customers, adhering to Hertz's policies and procedures, as well as local laws.
  • Personally welcome customers, assist with luggage, and answer questions in a friendly manner.
  • Effectively communicate stops and safety information through the PA system or Talking Bus System, and communicate with other drivers and supervisors as needed.
  • Conduct regular bus inspections to ensure customer and employee safety, and report any defects or damage to the supervisor.
  • Complete relevant paperwork in accordance with Company Audit and Department of Transport standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of commercial driving experience or a record of road test.
  • Valid Class D driver's license required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Must obtain a DOT medical clearance.
  • Ability to communicate in English clearly and proficiently.
  • Candidates fluent in other languages are encouraged to apply.
