Role Overview:

As a Workers' Compensation Legal Associate, you will manage all facets of client representation in Workers' Compensation cases from initiation to resolution. This role includes providing guidance and oversight to non-attorney personnel, ensuring compliance with all relevant Workers' Compensation laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding updates and claim statuses.
  • Engage in negotiations with insurance providers.
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and correspondence.
  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all prepared documents.
  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
